Rose Quartz and Serenity have been named the Colors of the Year for 2016 by Pantone, the world-renowned authority on color for a variety of industries. The PANTONE® name is known worldwide as the standard for color communication from designer to manufacturer and retailer to customer. This is the first time Pantone has named two shades as the Color of the Year. According to Pantone, “Rose Quartz is a persuasive yet gentle tone that conveys compassion and a sense of composure. Serenity is weightless and airy, like the expanse of the blue sky above us, bringing feelings of respite and relaxation even in turbulent times.”
